After sitting my A Levels I decided I wanted to work full time whilst gaining further qualifications, rather than going to University. I started full time employment at the age of 18 in the tax department of a national accountancy practice.

While working in the department I gained my accountancy and tax qualifications and a whole lot of experience! I have worked in the personal tax and corporate tax departments; and also did a stint in the accounts department, mainly preparing management accounts. I have since gone onto advise on corporate restructures, research and development claims, specialist capital allowances and various issues in HMRC Tax Enquiries.

I am committed and passionate about what I do and am excited to be part of Premier Tax Solutions and working closely with our clients.

My personal passion is my car and car racing – although I never race my car. On a weekend you’ll most likely find me watching the banger racing.

I like to try my hand at new things and last month Vanessa and I decided we should take up golf! We’re still not too good but can at least hit the ball – although it doesn’t always travel very far!
